Hopkins River Beef is graded into three ranges:

Hopkins River Premium is a highly marbled grain-fed product for optimum quality and consistency. Exceptional flavour and tenderness makes the Premium range an eating sensation not to be missed.

Hopkins River Choice is a grain-fed product with a slightly lower marble score than Hopkins River Premium. The Choice range is always a favourite of the restaurant industry and was the winner of The Age Epicure "Battle of the Beef Eaters". Likewise to the Premium range; it delivers consistent flavour, texture and tenderness.

Hopkins River Yearling is a grass fed product, packed with juicy flavours. From the fresh pastures from Southern Australia, the Grass fed range is a favourite for the bar menu or BBQ hot plate.

 

 
All three ranges of Hopkins River Beef are immediately available in the following cuts:
Tenderloin (Eye Fillet)Cube Roll (Scotch Fillet)
Striploin (Porterhouse)Rump (Rump)

Other products such as bone in cuts and secondary cuts
are available on request

 

Our products are delivered chilled Monday to Friday in Melbourne, Geelong, Ballarat, Mornington and most of the surrounding areas. Deliveries are made to most towns in country Victoria at least once a week.
